“Taste of Amazon” is a collaborative Fair Trade initiative by Instituto Jurua, ASPROC and Blueyou. The program promotes sustainably harvested Arapaima from forest communities in the Amazon. Revenues and Fair Trade premiums from global sales support livelihoods of traditional forest communities and foster conservation of the Amazon rainforest and its biodiversity.
